Mission Statement
The Los Angeles County Cattlemen's Association (LACCA) works to ensure a more favorable business environment for the cattle producers of Los Angeles County and the beef cattle industry. This goal is accomplished by Cattle producers working through LACCA, including but not limited to:
Promoting ranching and beef production in Los Angeles County.
Influencing regulatory, legislative, judicial, and other governmental actions to allow cattle producers to conduct their business in a manner free of unnecessary and burdensome restrictions and expenses.
Working as a liaison with government agencies, Law enforcement, civil organizations, and educational institutions on behalf of producers in Los Angeles County.
Promoting and providing educational opportunities for government agents, the public, and producers
LACCA also works to enhance the public image and perception of the beef cattle industry and improve consumer demand for beef.
