HELP SAVE RODEO IN
THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES!

In the city of Los Angeles, the future of rodeo is being threatened. In Feb. 2021, the Los Angeles City Council voted to draft an ordinance prohibiting the use of specific practices, techniques, and devices in any rodeo held in the City of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Cattlemen's Association strongly opposes this ordinance. LACCA is comprised of farmers, ranchers, and others involved in agriculture who have vast knowledge and experience in caring for and raising animals. The knowledge and first-hand experience we have in our industry stands firm against the inaccuracies and misinformed statements made within the ordinance. LACCA submitted an opposition letter to Los Angeles City Council to help fight against the ordinance. The more voices heard, the greater the impact.
